A step in the right direction?

Do you think that the KF1 "End of the Line" update was a step in the right direction? I mean, we actually got a canon-to-the-story objective map, explaining that all of the Pattys we've already killed on other maps were in fact clones of the original Kevin Clamely. And that was only explained in one line.



The map is technically a prequel to KF2, which i find awesome, and best of all, you could say that TWI heard our outcry about the gritty-ness of the game and how much we want the glory days of the KF Mod back. That, however, doesnt mean that we wont get less serious updates in KF2 a year or two after it has launched. Im sure a lot of people liked the seasonal zeds, and they might be making a return.



But, in all "seriousness"...

Here is what i think the future has in store for us:



KF2 launches.

Fans cry out of joy.

Forums are filled with praise the first week.

Week 2 has tons of "balance this" threads(inb4 why is the zerker so UP now)

Week 3 More balance threads, complaining about new perks or difficulty levels.

Week 4 Fan outcry because the Bloat doesnt have nipple rings anymore.

Week 5 "Bloat Nipple Rings DLC" launches. Revenant(MarphyBlack) is happy.

Week 5(again) First DLC Char released. Forums complain that its not a 4 pack.

A year after release(or sooner) we get stuff like community maps, OBJ mode, Weapon DLCs.
