RS Game hangs on main menu

Hi folks,



I have the following problem:

-The game hangs in the main menu - after 2-3 seconds from launching it.

- I have to then kill it from the task manager.

I've played the game for 60+ hours on this computer already so I'm bit perplexed. No driver, setting or other SW changes were made that should cause this. It's not my firewall or anti-virus either.



I've tried the following:

- verifying cache integrity

- changing settings in config.ini (adding semicolons)

- checked resolution settings in config

- removed the RO2 folder in documents

- deleted and reinstalled from steam backup

- uninstalled and downloaded again over steam

- ran with logging enabled



I am not getting any dmp files. The error report function is broken and doesn't send in reports. I ran RO2redist, but am getting numerous x64 error messages - the install just fails.



All I've got is the attached launch file.



Any advice is appreciated!
