RO2 the program doesn't work

Hi TripWire support,



I bought Red Orchestra 2 - Heroes of Stalingrad on 09/05/2014 via remote server by paying with credit card. I waited about 2 hours the downloading, when finished I tried to launch the ROGAME.exe program but an error occurred (I attached a JPG file to show it).

What do you suggest to me to solve the problem?

(Version of OS Microsoft Windows Xp Professional Vers. 2002 Service Pack 3)

PC CPU Intel Pentium 4 3.00 Ghz 1.00 GB of RAM, Video Card RADEON 9250 Hard Disk Maxtor 6L160M0 - about 152 GB.
