RO2 Game freezes completely when going into the server browser

I have tried to verify the integrity of the game files (and it said that everything was fine), install the pbsvc_hos.exe and RO2Redist.exe -files shutting my firewall off and on, un- and blocking the RO2game.exe, tried to go into a server from Steam`s own server browser and delete the RO2 -folder from my documents/my games, all without an effect. I haven`t tied to re-install the game, but I doubt it does any effect.



All this happened after the newest patch. When I load up the game, the black screen with white text feels like it`s taking much longer to pop up than before and when I go to the server browser, the entire game freezes, including the cursor, but the music keeps playing. And the top-left screen says "12345679" or something like that where there are supposed to be showed the number of online players and some other things.



I`m really running out of ideas. Please, can somebody give me the solution? I would like to buy the Rising Storm Deluxe Edition, because I`m getting bored to RO2, and I won`t do it unless the game starts to work again.



My OS: Windows 8.1 PRO 64-bit

Graphics card: NVIDIA Gefoce GT 530 (I know, it`s bad, but the game runs fine with custom graphic settings, until I get a new graphics card)

Processor: Intel Core i5-3450, 3.10GHz
