[Error] Low-quality Textures

Since the latest update I am experiencing problems with the textures ingame escpeciall indoors. They are really low rendered altough my Settings are maxed out. Everything was fine before the update. Furthermore the low quality textures are most notable on Myshkova River once you get into the city all the buildings are rendered really low. Besides the texture of the barracks on Otori Shima are also very low. Those two examples come to mind which stand out the most but these texture problems can be found on many maps,indoors most commonly the floor.
