When i attempted to join the 3 major Rising Storm servers, the server kicked me out and gave me the message "Terminated". As i read online, people are saying that a new update is giving server admins the power to permanently disallow paying customers who have been vac banned not just from Red Orchestra 2, but also from any other game on steam. I did use cheats playing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, but this vac ban happened 1619 days ago and i have only been banned once in my 10 years of using steam. If i will not be able to play Red Orchestra 2 and Rising Storm (which i have spent more 173 hours of my life playing) as long as this feature is implemented in your games for some thing i did years ago and have not done since, will i be capable of obtaining a complete refund for both Rising Storm and Red Orchestra 2?
