KF Noob has some modding problems

So I downloaded the server perks mutator and I read somewhere that you can change the perks and add in new perks and new levels.

And me, being the totally inexperienced at modding, tried that xD

So I opened ServerPerksP.u in notepad (because I seriously have NO IDEA what to open it with... I tried a unreal script thing for notepad++ but it didn't work, and one program, forgot it's name, could open it and show it in tabs, but I couldn't edit them...).



So my goal here is to reduce the number of stuff you need to do in order to level up your perks (me and my friends only play like 3 times a week and we want to level up faster :D).



So I opened it in notepad and I made a search for "8500" (the nr of headshots for lv6 sharpshooter). I found this (the values were different, I changed them to what they are here :D):

Then I launched the game, loaded up the mutator, loaded up a map and my game crashed and it gave me this error D:

I just want to reduce the number of stuff we need to do to level up our perks because we don't normally have that much time on our hands :D



I'd also want more lvls, but that's harder I suppose D:
