Hello, guys! I want to propose and discuss with you an idea to form a new section in ladder administration to make our game more comfortable and interesting.
For now, our working-hard admins are quite buzy with many things and issues and sometimes they can't even handle with some cases (for example - one of our players is still being suspended for almost a month and we don't know the reason why). Also, for example, there are no russian admin at the moment, so it makes things more complicated. The whole situation seems sometimes like admins are in distance to the participating teams and players, which is sad and command sympathy.
So what I propose - is to gather a new section of each team (it could be CLs or co-CLs, or other english speaking players) or just nation representatives (1 guy from German side, one from England, one from France, Russia, Spain or others) to help administration in the next moments:
1) To gather opinions, ideas and suggestions between his (representative's) congeners about ladder, matches, etc and to deliver it in correct and generalized form.
2) To make communication between admins and players are more flexible and understandable (sometimes a good translation is needed).
3) To solve issues with violation of rules together, to pursue an inquiry and to make discisions collectively, fair and as quick as possible to not let some cases (like ours) be tightened.
4) To help admins in many other things, to post news in different languages, to make stream videos, etc.
Theese moments could really cut the distance between players and admins, to solve many problems with understandings, to improve relations between teams and players, to increase the reputation of Ladder games, to make it more bigger and friendly! I do hope in that, guys!
So, please, leave your thoughts here, discuss it! If the idea is bad, ok, our lifes will go on. But I want as much opinions as possible, so admins - hold on with closing this thread :)
