To reload, stay crouch pressing C, then release the button for a fraction of second, double-tap R and then hold C pressed again.
If you have done this in a time inferior to the one of your ping, you' ll reload crouch your fixed MG. Congratulations, now your life has a sense! :D
To pass directly from the crouch position to the iron sights view, release c and press RMB, in a time inferior than the one of your ping.
This trick is possible to do only on multiplayer matches with more than 50 ms of ping, so if you can't do it, it's God punishing you because you are a damn nerd that payed a really good connection to win easier against other players.
However, these tricks can't be done when playing on solo with bots, because you have 0 ping, but it isn't helpful to do because bots are too much skilled and would kill you even if you are reloading crouch.
