When manning a fixed Mg, hold C to get crouch, then release C for a fraction of second, double-tap R to reload, then press and hold c again. The "fraction of second" has to be less than your ping time in ms, or you'll do a normal reload. If all was ok, then congratulations! now your life has a sense! :D
Other tip: if you want to pass directly from the crouch mg position to iron sights, just press the RMB before the animation of standing up ends, and in a time inferior to the one of your ping.
These tips also have three little disadvantages:
-You can't reload crouch if you aren't faster than your ping, it should be at least 50 ms. So, if you can't do it, it's God punishing you because you are a damn nerd that pays extra money for a better connection to win easier against other players.
-It's only possible to do it on multiplayer matches, because on sp ones your ping is 0. However, if you are playing with bots, it makes no difference and you'll be killed even if reloading crouch, because they are simply overskilled.

-You can see your arms magically floating in the air on the german and american MGs's animation of reloading. This is not a problem due to the 250 bullets capacity.
