New Video Card, but...

I upgraded my video card from a GTS 250 to a GTX 760 and it makes all the difference. However, there is one problem. I set all the video controls to the max and the game plays great, no lag and beautiful, but now I only get the video screen at startup. The other screens: Game Page, Audio, Control and Input have nothing inside, completely blank. The screens are there but nothing inside. Suggestions?
