Necklace AT mines as option for Engineer role

Option for engineer instead of satchel charge.



Engineer can deploy a string of 6 AT mines at a 0.5M distance between mines in a straight line, i.e. 3M of vehicle death similar to the existing IJN booby traps.



This would be used as in RL to provide road blocks etc.
