KF Map change... Server crash!

Hi, Recently mmnicolas and DeepSurfer noted that my map crashes on Servers when the maps change. I have absolutely no idea how to fix it, but I do know that I have to take this problem seriously. Does anybody have any idea how to fix this problem?
