Vehicle Patch Update - Note to Modders

We've fond in our testing that serveral mutators will break with this upcoming update (mostly those that touch vehicle code as that has undergone major changes).



For those wishing to test/update their code, there is a Rising Storm beta SDK available under the tools list.
