So what makes a good commander? Besides the obvious map knowledge, good timing and precision on artillery strikes, coordination of the team ect.
For me it is very interesting how some players can assert themselvs to the whole team and other players follow. And some cannot get the team's trust, even though they have the techical knowledge of the game.
My general experience is that talent in motivation of others is the greatest asset a commander can have.
