I hear that tripwire has very accurate hitbox detection in KF2.
If this is true, the highlighted areas of the Fleshpound should be impervious to damage since they are protected by metal.
This should be the same for the Scrake since he wears a metal mask.
The advantages to this would be:
- Penalizes reckless weapon handling
- Fleshpound can use arms to block damage as a game mechanic
- Adds to realism
- Makes the Sharp Shooter perk more important without taking away from other perks
- HP can be reduced for compensation of minimized damageable areas
