kf2 discount times?

when will killingfloor 2 go on special on steam?
it was on special pretty recently, so i'm wondering if it will be like killingfloor1 in that respect.
will killingfloor 2 go on special any time soon? since i have enough to buy it for 2 of my friends only when it's on special.
