Disgusting New Gore System - Chance Of Censorship?

My God, the new gore system is absolutely disgusting. Like, that is the filthiest thing I've ever seen in a game, it was worse than the Doom 4 reveal (and I mean "worse" in a good way). My question is, will the awesome disgustingness likely to be censored in places such as Australia and Germany?

Also, what sort of system do we need to run this feature?
