Can't log in when enabling MultiAdmin

I'm using the instructions found here: http://ift.tt/1IjgpCC

I even changed the password on the .bat file that runs when the server starts up.

As soon as I remove

from KFWebAdmin.ini, I'm able to log back in.

Can anyone please help out?
