Female characters

Hey, is there any chance of including more female characters in the basic squad member selection? I liked being Steampunk Mrs. Foster, but Steampunk gets old. There's also Ash, and she's a good basic squadmate, imo. All in all, that's only 2/dozens. 3 if you count the trader. I think DLC is neat, but I think there should be more female characters to choose from in the basic pack. What do you guys think?
