Here's me being pedantic again.
The top of the bolt handle of the M1903A4 is scalloped on the top to help clear the scope. The rifle in game was probably modeled off one of the recent repros built by Gibbs build off of former drill rifles. They don't have the correct bolt as they were build off of standard M1903A3s.
Surprisingly, Saving Private Ryan got this right!
Oh, and the Marine M1941 Sniper rifle (which is the level 50 sniper rifle) used a standard M1903 bolt.
The magazine cutoff is also on.
