RS Server Help

Hi in the Red Orchestra 2 Heroes of Stalingrad Singleplayer they hand to hand combat like they would in real life. but in Rising Storm Red Orchestra 2 Multiplayer. they just hit each other the back of the gun and a bayonet. Is there a mod i have to get to make them do hand to hand combat. or is it disabled for Muliplayer. Oh and is there a link showing the differences to the game Difficultie modes. Like Realism And Custom.
