Idea for spawning on Squad leader

I don't know if this has been suggested before, but I didn't find anything about it.

But I think it would be nice if you'd start crouched while spawning on your SL, it gets annoying when you spawn on him while he's prone in cover and you're standing up in the line of fire :D
