If you had installed the PCW mutator before the April 21th 2014 patch, then your PCW mutator won't start as long as it's in the CookedPCServer folder. Please move the TWILPcwMut.u file to your servers ROGame\BrewedPCServer folder and restart your server. The mutator shoud now work as before the patch.
