Appearently I tried to check this and uncheck it. No difference here (see below for more). Some suggest to leave it unchecked for the good of lesser issues.

Above is the result of my rather rare results (of about 25+ tests) made by speedtest. Usualy its worse than that. As you can see it IS not good. However... I do not expect some settings to be improving my Internet connection (as for Dynamic Netspeed).
Using Mobile USB Modem. No other connection available ATM. Hopefully this will change soon.
