Hey tripwire, fix the scopes

Hey tripwire, with this fancy new patch with *some* content that was promised and paid for how many years ago now, could you please for the love of common sense make it so that I can detach all these stupid scopes on my level 50 svt/avt and the stg44 too for that matter.



I'd really like to return those weapons to usefulness by tearing the damned scopes off of them so I have my sight picture back without having to start a new character from scratch (only to dread hitting level 50 again....)
