I've been keeping track of the game since it was announced last year and so far I'm amazed. Anyway, while we wait for the next video I would like to talk about the dismemberment system.
I can't wait to check it out myself, but there is something that bothers me a little bit. As you can see in the videos, whenever a zed gets shot by a shotgun it feels like if their body parts were being disassembled instead of being torn apart by the force of the blast. Here is an example:

I think that destroying or deforming the section of the body that got shot along with a nastier blood effect should do the trick. Shooting a ZED and watching a square block of the torso fly away feels a bit weird IMO.
What do you guys think?
