Game on steam getting critical error

I have bought killing floor on steam today, but it has not launched correctly once. this is the error im getting :

CPU: GenuineIntel PentiumPro-class processor @ 2396 MHz with 3978MB RAM

Video: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 (3316)

I tried deleting the killingfloor.ini file, didnt fix anything, also tried verify game cache on steam, again, nothing happend, i heard its a pretty common thing so i hope someone can help me fix it.
