I love the new gore system! I think it really fits the game perfectly. I wanted to suggest a new blood system though if it could be implemented as I think the blood stain effect is just WAY too much. There's a game called "Overgrowth" that created a very detailed blood system.

I think that type of blood would fit perfectly with the M.E.A.T system as it would spray on to walls, drip from bullet wounds, etc etc. Maybe the corpses and their body parts would bleed blood pools from where they are hit/cut such as Red Dead Redemption.
