Kf2 custom maps

Hi all I am currently running a KF2 dedicated server and would appreciate some help as regards custom KF2 maps.

I tend to only play with a few friends and we are happy to install custom maps manually rather then use the redirect option. Is there any way I can get access to be able to manually download the maps shown here?: http://ift.tt/1Pjxt06

If not, can someone suggest an alternative?

I take it the maps at that link are originally KF1 maps which have been converted to run on KF2?

I've seen a few conflicting accounts as regards custom map installation - if I install the .kfm file here (on both the Server and desktop PC): \Steam\steamapps\common\killingfloor2\KFGame\Brewe dPC\Maps

Will that work? -

or do I need to create a seperate folder for each map?
