Dedicated Flashlight (Torch for us Brits)

I'm picking up on something mentioned in a post by DeltaFart. Do we want a dedicated flashlight button as opposed to switching to the 9mm. I've heard people saying that having it switch to the 9mm is a balancing thing making you choose between your primary weapon and being blind, and a low damage pistol with a light. But I think the torch will add a similar thing not take away. The flashlight does no damage, but gives off more light than the 9mm.
